Believing that the museum is a place for learning and combining classroom activities with fun, West Valley Art museum does not list prices for school tours. Tours can be scheduled through the school network, Tuesday through Friday. These specific tours combine the art exhibits with additional open activities, or special exhibits, at the time of the tour.

The regulation length course at the Lone Tree Golf Club features 18 holes that were designed by Darrell Wilson. This course, which has wide fairways, is great for those looking to lower their scores. The par rating is 71 with a slope of 120.
